Wato’s Affiliate Eligible — bright-green pass/fail rules

A product enters this collection only when every live, customer-selectable variant passes every rule below. One failing or unverified live variant fails the whole product.

1. Contribution: worst-case contribution must be at least A$15.00 after the 5% creator commission, supplier product cost, supplier freight/fulfilment, payment fees, and any other known per-order fulfilment charge. Use: sale price + the minimum customer shipping Wato’s is guaranteed to collect − supplier product cost − supplier freight/fulfilment − 5% creator commission − payment fees − other known fulfilment charges. Use the same GST basis for revenue and costs.
2. Worst-case variant: calculate the rule on the lowest-contribution live variant, not the average or best variant. If the lowest live variant is below A$15.00, the whole product fails.
3. Known product cost: supplier cost must be current and known for every live variant. Missing, stale, estimated, or obviously incorrect cost fails.
4. Freight must be known: supplier freight must be confirmed free or a known fixed/all-in amount for the relevant delivery zones. Variable, postcode-quoted, carrier-calculated, regional/remote-uncertain, oversized-uncertain, or otherwise unknown freight fails to Shipping Review.
5. Single clear fulfilment path: the product must have one clearly identified supplier/fulfilment path, or multiple warehouses/origins that have already met Wato’s documented same-cost evidence standard. Unverified supplier, warehouse, 3PL, or fulfilment switching fails.
6. No unaccounted split charges: a normal order, multiple quantity, or mixed-variant order must not be able to create a second supplier freight, handling, dispatch, pick/pack, or fulfilment charge that is not already included in the calculation.
7. No typical multi-supplier cart risk: if a normal bundle, kit, related-product pairing, common add-on, or typical customer order can reasonably trigger another supplier’s separate freight/fulfilment charge, the product fails to Shipping Review unless that combined cost is fully known and the worst-case order still clears A$15.00.
8. Bundles/kits: all included components and selectable components must have known supplier and freight paths. Any unknown, separately charged, or substitutable component fails. A bundle passes only when the complete worst-case bundle contribution is at least A$15.00.
9. Warehouse/origin evidence: if variants can dispatch from different warehouses/origins, Wato’s must already hold the minimum evidence package proving the same all-in charge or a fully known worst-case charge. Otherwise fail to Shipping Review.
10. Customer shipping: count only the lowest shipping amount Wato’s is guaranteed to retain for the relevant order. Do not assume a higher standard/express amount if a lower valid checkout path exists.
11. Payment-fee reserve: use the actual known fee where available; otherwise use the highest normal online card-processing fee applicable to Wato’s as the conservative reserve. If the fee cannot be established, fail to review rather than assume zero.
12. Availability: the product must be active and have at least one genuinely saleable live variant. Draft, archived, unavailable, or non-purchasable products do not enter the collection.
13. No unresolved data conflict: conflicting cost, freight, supplier, warehouse, or fulfilment data fails immediately until resolved.

Decision: PASS = A$15.00+ worst-case contribution and every rule above verified. FAIL-REVIEW = any freight, supplier, warehouse, variant, bundle, split-order, fee, or fulfilment uncertainty, or A$10.00–A$14.99 known contribution. FAIL-HOLD/REPRICE = known contribution below A$10.00.
